Company foundation
Foundation of Technologické Centrum a.s., joint-venture between 3 private individuals and Mecanic Systems S.A (MS) from Belgium.
The Czech actors’ motivation combined with the experience of Mecanic Systems, active since 1978, lay the foundation of a fruitful future development.
Technologické Centrum starts operating one laser and one punching machine to provide subcontracting of laser cut or punched sheet metal parts
1996
Addition of a first bending machine
1998
Further expansion
Lasers and bending machine park is regularly increased and modernized to match customer demand. Its numbers varies in function thereof
2001
Purchase and reconstruction of own premises
Technologicke Centrum acquires its own premises in Kulkova and completely revamps it to accommodate its production and administrative operations
2007
Welding of black and stainless steel
The scope of operations is enlarged with the welding black and stainless steel (MAG and TIG welding)
2018
New technology and machines
Complementary investments to increase quality level to highest standards ie: straightening machine after laser cuts
2019
Robotic welding
Further automatization to allow increase of quality standards and capacity increase with acquisition of automatic welding robot station
2021
Switch to fiber technology in laser cutting
Existing CO2 lasers are gradually replaced by fiber technology lasers. A first 6 kW fiber laser workstation equipped with automated storage unit and ergonomic features is installed
2022
Further fiber laser technology
Acquisition of a new 4 kW fiber laser for efficient processing of thin sheets and several new equipment’s to enhance quality levels
2023
New generation of bending machines
Delivery of one ergonomic high-speed press-brake with automatic angle-measuring system to enhance accuracy as well as a 230 tons press-brake with 6-axis backgauge and automatic angles measuring systems
2024
Construction of the new production facility
Start of the construction of a state of the art new production and administration facility in Holubice to allow for future growth.
Opening expected in may 2025.
